There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, central heating and an iron inside the room. It had marvellous and peaceful location with access to a multi - purpose hall nearby.

The location of the hotel worked out quite well for us and it was a reasonable price. We were able to park nearby and had access to museums, etc. although we did use taxi service to get downtown. Room was a reasonable size and relatively...

The staff was kind and always ready to help if needed. Friendly environment
The fact that even if they were advertising themselves as caring for the environment, every day after cleaning the room they were leaving all the lights on and if the guest returns in the evening...imagine the useless consumption of electricity...

It was an ideal choice for a short layover in Glasgow with value for price. The manager was really friendly and helped us book breakfast after the deadline. Make sure to check the paper for WiFi details to avoid confusion.

The hotel is located near the university and a number of cultural attractions, which is good.
The hotel is one of many on the street, a sort of hotel row. The internet access was very spotty and therefore frustrating to me. The hotel is ordinary and for the price not especially great. I stayed at many other wonderful hotels in Scotland for less or same. There is a scuzzy quality to much of the immediate area--something students lodgers tolerate, but less atrtractive to me. I would not stay there again.

The location. I was visiting my son in Partick and the kelvingrove was close. It is also close to the Kelvingrove museum and the Hunterian. The streets around the hotel have free parking at the weekend....
